For every turtle sold, whether small or large, a donation of CHF 5 is made to an organisation dedicated to protecting the oceans. The organisation currently chosen is “The Sea Cleaners”.

Custom orders / enquiries
First of all, please explain your idea to me in a bit more detail. Feel free to add photos to the form if that helps you explain it. I’ll then need to know your requirements regarding the approximate size, the colour(s), the type of yarn, your preferred delivery time, and whether the item is intended for a child under 3 years old.
I’ll then get in touch with you if I need any further information and to confirm your order and the delivery time.

‘Soft’ acrylic yarn is mainly used for making plushies.
Standard cotton or acrylic yarn is also suitable for plushies, but keep in mind that it is finer and so your creation will be smaller than if you use ‘soft’ yarn.
For bags, I use ‘T-shirt cotton’ yarn made from 100% recycled fibres. For each item in the Shop, you’ll find the exact details of the materials used directly in its description.
The final price of your order depends on the cost of the materials used and the work time required to make it.
Security
The safety of little ones is my priority. If you tick the box on the form indicating that the plushie is intended for a child under 3 years of age, I will ensure that the eyes and face are entirely embroidered with thread, without using any hard plastic parts, to prevent any risk of ingestion. If the box is not ticked, plastic safety eyes may be fitted.
All products, as these are handmade, artisanal creations, my plushies have not undergone the laboratory testing required by official Swiss standards (SN EN 71). As a legal precaution, I recommend that they be used by children under the age of 3 only under the active supervision of an adult. Please remember to check the general condition of the stitching and seams regularly before giving the plushie to a child. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for supervising the child whilst using the product.
Deadlines
The approximate production time will be provided when you place your order and confirmed when your order is confirmed.
For a simple plushie, I estimate that your order will be delivered within 4 to 10 working days. This depends on the complexity of the item, the availability of materials and the volume of orders currently in progress.
A more complex customised order may take longer, for example between 3 and 8 weeks.
Items in stock in the Shop, on the other hand, have a delivery time of between 3 and 5 working days.
The delivery time is calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
Deliveries
At present, orders placed directly on the PinkPrecision.ch website can only be delivered within Switzerland.
For any international deliveries outside Switzerland, including items from the Shop, please get in touch with me via this link. I will then be able to assess the available options and provide you with an accurate quote for the postage costs to your country.
I can deliver your order directly to your letterbox with no delivery charge. This option may take a little longer than standard delivery. If necessary, I’ll get in touch with you to sort this out.
You can check whether your delivery address qualifies for free delivery in your shopping cart or at checkout. The exact delivery charge will be automatically updated at the final stage (Checkout).
If you’d like your order delivered by La Poste, you can select “Standard delivery in Switzerland”.
Products cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a manufacturing fault. Return postage costs are payable by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
Shipping costs
For Switzerland:
For a small parcel measuring 17.6 x 25 x 5 cm, weighing up to 500g, the cost is CHF 3.50.
For a standard parcel weighing up to 2 kg, the cost is CHF 9.00.
Payment
Twint or Paypal.
Cash is also accepted at craft markets.
Care and washing of the items
Hand wash in lukewarm water using a mild soap and leave to dry flat in the open air. It may take more than 24 hours to dry.
