General Terms and Conditions (GTC – Switzerland)

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the sale of products (plushies, accessories, clothing, etc.) offered by Pink Precision on the website PinkPrecision.ch and via Instagram @pink.precision. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

All products are handmade. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly, making each piece unique. Product descriptions on the website are provided with care but do not constitute a strict contractual specification.

Product Safety: As these are handmade artisanal creations, the products have not undergone the laboratory testing required by official Swiss standards (SN EN 71). As a legal precaution, it is recommended that their use by children (0–10 years old) takes place exclusively under the active supervision of an adult. The buyer must regularly check the general condition of the stitches and seams before giving the product to a child. The buyer assumes full responsibility for supervising the child while using the product.

Orders are placed exclusively via the website or Instagram. An order is considered validated once payment is confirmed. Pink Precision reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of issues (stock, unavailability, etc.).

Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included. Shipping costs are added at the time of checkout. Payment is made via Twint or PayPal.

Products are sent to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are indicative. Pink Precision is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

For in-stock items: delivery time between 3–5 business days (Shipping to a Swiss postal address only).

Products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Tous les produits bénéficient de la garantie légale suisse pour défauts, conformément aux articles 197 et suivants du Code des Obligations (CO). Cela signifie que si un produit acheté présente un défaut de fabrication, le client peut demander soit son remplacement, soit sa réparation, soit le remboursement du prix payé. La responsabilité de Pink Precision se limite à ces mesures et n’inclut pas les dommages indirects.

All products benefit from the legal Swiss warranty for defects, in accordance with Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). This means that if a purchased product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request either its replacement, its repair, or a refund of the price paid. Pink Precision’s liability is limited to these measures and excludes indirect damages.

The information collected during the order is used exclusively for processing orders and sending information relating to Pink Precision’s products and services. It is not shared with third parties.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the customer’s domicile or the headquarters of Pink Precision in Biel, Switzerland.
